Responsibilities

• Assist qualified Fitters and Electrical Fitters with maintenance, installations, and repairs of machinery
• Learn to interpret and use technical drawings and schematics
• Perform regular equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
• Follow all workplace safety protocols and company procedures
• Attend both practical and theoretical training sessions as scheduled

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics and Physical Science
• N2 Certificate or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (advantageous)
• Pass internal competency tests
• Proof of residential address
• Preference will be given to applicants considered as South African Youth under the age of 35 years
